How the Negative Keyword Finder Works

Upload an Amazon Sponsored Products Search Term Report and the analyzer groups search terms by spend, clicks, orders, sales, ACOS, and conversion rate. It highlights terms that consumed budget without producing enough sales, then turns those findings into a copy-ready negative keyword list.

Decision Rules

Recommendations are based on rule-based thresholds, not generated text. A term with meaningful spend and no orders is a negative candidate. A term with sales but high ACOS is flagged for bid reduction rather than immediate blocking. Strong terms can be harvested into exact match campaigns. You should still review each recommendation before applying it, especially for brand terms, competitor terms, and research campaigns.

Privacy and Input Data

The CSV is parsed in your browser. SellerKit does not receive your campaign names, search terms, bids, spend, or sales data. For a broader workflow, use this analyzer with the PPC Ads Workspace and read the Amazon PPC optimization guide.
