Amazon updated its Date Range Transaction and Summary reports to organize data by when transactions are posted to a seller's account, rather than when they are released for payout. Two new columns β Transaction Status and Transaction Release Date β were added. The change was applied retroactively to January 1, 2025, meaning previously downloaded reports no longer match older exports. Sellers who filed 2025 taxes or run bookkeeping against historical report data will need to re-download and reconcile.
