How This Works
Reorder Point = (Daily Sales × Lead Time) + Safety Stock
Safety Stock = Daily Sales × Safety Buffer Days
When your inventory drops to or below the reorder point, it's time to place an order. The safety buffer gives you a cushion in case your supplier is late or sales spike unexpectedly.
Lead time is the number of days from placing an order to having inventory available at Amazon FBA (manufacturing + shipping + FBA check-in).
